Sedate, serene, staid and safe. All the ‘S’ words that could be used to describe a sedan. Is the Toyota Camry all these things, i.e., boring? I used to think that.
But, after a week, my thinking has changed. Have I become boring? No! I could live with this sedan.

Apparently, a lot of people feel the same way. The Camry, enjoying seven straight years as Canada’s #1 selling midsize sedan, is also about to celebrate its 40th anniversary in North America.

Beach Day in the Toyota Camry
With a daughter and a sister visiting from far away, a beach day is a required Nova Scotia outing. Girls gone wild at the beach! Us, sedate? No way!
Well, maybe first, we have to do some boring errands, before we can clear town and hit the waves! Luckily the trunk is huge. We looked like we were going away for a week, not just an afternoon at the beach.

2023 Toyota Camry: Luxury ride and handling for under $40,000
The Camry is comfortable and quiet. It feels solid on the road, with a ride that befits a more luxurious segment.
No matter how hard you try, beach day means sand everywhere. The Camry vacuums up easily and the seats simply wipe down with a damp cloth.

The Camry’s interior is elegant and understated, with impeccable fit and finish, as with most Toyota vehicles, regardless of price point.

Something I never thought I would say… I could live with this sedan.
