EastCoastTester.com is two years old! Happy Birthday 🥳

Two years! Happy Birthday to our baby!

Like every two-year-old, EastCoastTester.com suffers from occasional temper tantrums, meltdowns and growing pains.

But, as every parent knows, these past two years have been liberally sprinkled with periods of unfettered joy, some challenges (more hours in the day, please!) and immense gratitude. And cars. And road trips.

We started EastCoastTester.com, an online portal for East Coast stories about cars, cruising and capturing the best of Atlantic Canada, at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. We had no idea how either would turn out! Our event business came grinding to a halt. Our writers stopped travelling and hunkered down in Atlantic Canada.

We all slowed down and took stock.

Year One was a whirlwind of East Coast car shows, meeting the enthusiasts, owners and passionate people behind the exciting car culture of Atlantic Canada.

Year Two saw us starting to move around the country again. Schedules returned to a frenetic, pre-pandemic pace.

Full steam ahead!
