East Coaster of the Day

Be Unique

Ross McNeil, owner of Duggers Menswear in Halifax, Nova Scotia, loves quirky vehicles almost as much as he loves snappy suits and funky footwear.

The cheery yellow Nash Metropolitan makes occasional appearances around town, decaled with the Duggers logo and the words ‘Be unique’. An apt slogan for Nash, an innovative American motorcar company that introduced unibody construction to the North American mass market and was the first to feature seat belts as options in 1949.
