2023 Toyota bZ4X – A Retro-Perspective
The first time I became aware of people personifying the paint on their vehicle was in the 1970s. It always seemed to be a full-sized van converted to a semi-RV – probably with a shag carpet and the de rigueur lava lamp and beanbag chair.
Then came the wrapping of vehicles, applied to either a business vehicle or a high-end sports car.
I love the whole idea of adding individuality to your ride. But, forget the 70s vibe, corporate style and even the techy gift-wrapped luxe-rides. Let’s go back to the 1960s.
John Lennon did a great job on his Rolls Royce Phantom V. And I really loved Janis Joplin’s 356 SC Porsche. But what would Timothy Leary have done if he had a Toyota bZ4X ride?
